The special event package is designed for your unique celebration, meeting or gathering.
Special Event Package Includes:
- Site coordinator available for the set up and closure of your event
- Ample seating and accommodations for up to 350 guests
- Custom event floor plan with tables, elegant chiavari chairs or white folding chairs and white linens
- Open air patio overlooking the lake adorned with outdoor furniture and fire pit
- Close parking for guests and separate parking and entrance for vendors
- Full kitchen for your caterer to prep and serve from; equipped with ice machine and walk-in
- Plenty of public restrooms with handicap accessibility
- Temperature controlled venue with gorgeous, raised stage and two-story window backdrop plus unique bar area for serving drinks
- No extra charge to bring in your own alcohol (liquor liability policy required)
- Top quality sound system with microphones
- Minimum $400 (3 hours)

For an event with up to...
150 guests $400 // 250 guests $500 // 350 guests $600
Additional hours are $100/hour
$250 refundable deposit or $400 refundable deposit if alcohol is served
Full deposit and half of balance due is required for booking.
Remaining balance is due sixty days prior to the event.
