Giving you the time, space, and support to actually enjoy it.
Our Weekend Estate rentals include your rehearsal, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces, along with on-site lodging, professional bartending, and a dedicated wedding day coordinator.
Packages begin at $14,900.
Most couples find their full wedding weekend investment begins around $30,000, depending on their priorities and guest count. This reflects the overall cost of the wedding, including your venue, food, bar service, florals, and other vendors.

We have five distinct ceremony and event spaces, so your entire weekend unfolds naturally, without ever leaving the property. The estate was built for weddings that flow well and offer backup plans without compromise.

Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the main venue with soft, natural light, making it a dependable ceremony option that doesn’t feel like a backup plan. As your reception space, it feels open and bright, but flexes after dark to be the perfect place for a packed dance floor.

The Dock
A calm, scenic setting for intimate moments.
Set along the lake, the dock offers a peaceful ceremony or first look location with water and trees as the backdrop. This space feels grounded and intimate, making it a favorite for couples who want a quiet, reflective setting. Guests enjoy a waterside cocktail hour here as well.

The Pavilion
Outdoor feel with built-in comfort and coverage.
The open-air, all-white pavilion provides the feel of an outdoor ceremony while offering shade and protection from the elements. Couples love the balance of fresh air and peace of mind. It’s a shaded “soft-box” that your photographer will be delighted about.

The Lakeside Terrace
Spacious layout with natural flow and backdrop.
Located near the water, the Lakeside Terrace allows for larger guest counts while still feeling open and serene. It’s ideal for couples who want space to spread out without feeling disconnected. The natural backdrop is also ideal for outdoor games and conversation during cocktail hour.

Surrounded by native wildflower fields and a grove of oak trees, the meadow offers a simple, organic setting that doesn’t require décor. Couples who value a natural look often choose this space for its ease and quiet beauty for their ceremony, but it’s most often used during portraits.

Comfortable transition space for guests.
Overlooking the lake, the veranda is often used for cocktail hour or casual gathering. Its covered layout encourages conversation and keeps guests engaged while allowing the rest of the day to transition smoothly. A favorite guest experience is watching the westward horizon during sunset. Gorgeous!
