    This is already INCLUDED in your venue rental from the beginning and leading up to your wedding day:

    Initial Onboarding Meeting with guidance on vendor selection

    Personalized Timeline Creation

    Progress check-ins throughout the planning process

    Helpful reminder emails so nothing is forgotten

    Ideal ceremony time consultation

    Custom reception floorplan to assist with your decor choices and seating chart arrangement

    Venue Manager to coordinate and attend your final design consultation at the venue or over Zoom

    It’s our goal to work alongside you to find vendors who fit your budget and vibe! In short, we set you up for success, and a wedding day you get to ENJOY!

  • Wedding Management Packages

    Starting 6 or 12 weeks before the wedding:

    Weekly check-ins with your Lead Coordinator to finalize details and correspondence with your vendors

    Final timeline and sharing with vendor team and wedding party

    Attends final design consultation, available in person at Emerson Fields or via Zoom

    Rehearsal: Meeting with your officiant to clarify the ceremony processional and 1-Hour Rehearsal Coordination at the venue

    Wedding Day: 10 hours of wedding day management, typically 10 AM- 8 PM, that includes a Lead Coordinator and two assistants on-site

    Detailed coordination with vendors

    Final set-up tasks and overseeing the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception flow

    Dispersing payments and tips to vendors

    6 weeks of management: $1800

    12 weeks of management: $2400 (most popular)

    This wedding management package is much more than a “day-of” helper! It involves extensive prep time, personalized guidance, and a team of experienced professionals by your side.
