We offer ample seating and accommodations for up to 300 guests inside the venue, including these options:
Upgraded gold Chiavari chairs for a touch of elegance
All reception tables, no matter how many you need
Cocktail hour set up and tables for easy flow of the evening
White outdoor folding chairs, so your guests are never expected to move their chairs from one area to another
Specialty tables for your sweetheart table, cake display, gifts, and guest sign-in area saving you time and money on rentals

Your wedding day is as important and personal to us as it is to you. So, when you contact us, we'll share basic rental pricing, and see if you think we’re a good fit. We’re open to having a phone call, texting, or emailing- whatever suits you best. We’d love to get to know you, discuss the experience you're looking for, and answer any questions you may have.

If you love Emerson Fields online, come see it in person or through a virtual tour. We'll show you around and share more detailed information. We’ll definitely ask how the proposal went down! If you’d prefer to ask questions over text, be sure to drop your phone number in the contact form.

Our rental periods range from 10 hours to a full 3-day weekend.
Sundays start at $6800, while a full weekend begins at $9800.
We offer custom proposals with more specific details.
